During this busy time it is no wonder you may have forgotten to book a seat assignment for a client that called you a couple hours ago. What was the client’s name again??
You can click on Recent PNR’s to bring up all of the records you have accessed today. If you click on the client’s name it will take you right to that PNR to assign the seat.
