Fare Rules from a Ticket Number

Let’s say you have a ticket for a client and they are thinking about making a change and you want to know what the penalties were for that ticket. In the past you would have to look up the Historical Fares for the day you ran the ticket. From the Smartpoint screen, bring up the reservation and type in *DH (document history) to look at the ticket number. As a reminder, in Smartpoint anything in blue can be clicked on. Click on the ticket number to view the ticket data. In this case there are 2 tickets and we will be looking at the 1st ticket.
