AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE

Carrousel Travel provides its agents and their clients with a 24-hour emergency service. This is an outside service that may be contacted after regular business hours in case of an emergency.

By calling the 24-hour emergency number listed below, clients reach an agent who will be able to access and work with their PNR after business hours.

This service is for client use in changing existing reservation after business hours while traveling. It is not intended to be used as a substitute for the agent’s own reservation service.

After Hours Policies:

  • After Hours will only issue E-Tickets with credit card form of payment.
  • Electronic ticket requests cannot be guaranteed if requested between 1-4 hours of departure. No e-ticket requests will be honored with less than an hour to flight departure (This is in accordance with most airline policies)
  • After hours does Not issue or handle- Free Tickets, Upgrades, Frequent Flyer Tickets, Bulk Air Tickets, Groups or Tour/Cruise Bookings
  • Callers to Afterhours must have a profile or reservation created in Worldspan.

After Hours has assigned a special toll-free number to Carrousel Travel. This line will be answered “Carrousel Travel” by an After-Hours agent.

Fee: Associates will be billed a $25.00 fee for each call that they or their client makes to the after-hours number.
