You are eligible to receive the Official IATAN Photo ID card – the only card recognized by travel suppliers as the official ID card for the travel industry. It gives you better flexibility when requesting travel industry discounts and concessions as well as instant recognition and acceptance by airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotel chains and car rental companies around the world.

It is imperative that you complete an IATAN Travel Professional Profile Form and return it to Carrousel Travel at your earliest opportunity. The required documentation from Carrousel Travel will be sent along with your form to IATAN. Do not send your paperwork directly to IATAN.

IATAN requires $600.00 in earnings to add your name to the IATAN list. After you have reached the required $5000.00 in earnings, you are eligible to obtain your IATAN ID card. Only income earned through Carrousel Travel is counted for qualification.

You must maintain at least $5000.00 in commission, annually, to be eligible to keep your IATAN card. If you fall below the required income, IATAN will cancel your card during Carrousel Travel’s recertification process. Income is to be earned on a regular basis throughout the year.

Once you are eligible to apply for your card please visit iatan.org to apply. You will need to set up your account. You will receive information directly from IATAN when your card is up for renewal each year. Should you lose your IATAN card, you may also apply for a replacement card online.
