Rob has over 25 years of industry experience and oversees all aspects of our business with a strong focus on group and corporate travel. He has been a member of numerous travel advisory boards and is currently serving as a board member in the Commonwealth Business Travel Group, comprised of 25 of the leading travel companies in the United States and Canada.
Director of Account Management
Tim has 23 years in the travel industry with the last 9 years at Carrousel Travel. Since joining Carrousel, Tim's focus and expertise is managing corporate account relationships. Tim knows how to collaborate with our corporate customers to optimize their travel programs. Tim facilitates travel reviews, sets up cost controls, establishes metrics for measuring use and compliance, and analyzes program effectiveness. Tim also prepares detailed reports and models for management including business reviews and working with vendors to negotiate favorable contracts. "I am a people person and my focus is on providing top notch customer service and proactive travel management to my customers," says Tim.

Amber joined Carrousel in 2016 and has over 12 years of travel industry and marketing experience. Before joining Carrousel Amber served in key management roles in the hotel industry and expense management space. She is an active member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and serves on the Hospitality Committee with the local GBTA chapter.
