US Citizens/passport holders must present a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond their return date. We recommend that you have at least two completely blank visa pages in your passport for the tourist visas and stamps. Please contact us if you do not have a passport, need to renew your passport or need to add pages to your existing passport.

TANZANIA TOURIST VISA

Tanzania has recently implemented a new process for obtaining a tourist visa. Previously, it was best to obtain the tourist visa upon arrival. It is still possible to obtain your visa upon arrival. However, doing that may now take up to 2 hours at the airport. We recommend that you use the new online tourist visa application process by following the detailed instructions.

RWANDA TOURIST VISA

A visa is required for US passport holders entering Rwanda. The visa can be obtained upon arrival into the country. You will simply present your passport and $30 USD per person in cash (new/untorn bills are recommended). The visa for Rwanda will be a stamp. We will have dedicated staff to assist with the process at the airport.
