- Free Airline Ticket Programs – Carrousel Travel has soft dollar programs in place with 12 domestic and international airlines. These programs provide an immediate cost reduction benefit by allowing our customers to earn free tickets, upgrades, and airline club memberships.
- Airline Discount Programs – Carrousel Travel has net fare agreements and/or discounts in place with two domestic and six foreign carriers. Discounts range from 5% to 60%.
- Hotel Program – Unlike our competitors’ programs which offer flat rates that are renegotiated annually, our dynamic rate program saves up to 10% discount from the best available, unrestricted rates offered by our preferred partners through any channel. This means that our customers get the benefit of the absolute lowest rate – even when the internet rate is lower than the consortium rate.
- Airport Parking Discount – Carrousel Travel’s customers benefit from discount parking rates with Park ‘N Fly, an airport parking facility which has 38 airport locations in the U.S. This program typically reduces airport parking costs by 50%.
- Rental Car Discounts – Carrousel Travel has negotiated agreements with Avis, Alamo, Budget, Hertz, and National that are available to corporate customers. These agreements do not carry minimum volume thresholds or market-share requirements. The following are the primary features:
- Free unlimited mileage
- Free one-day rental certificates
- Special weekly rates and upgrade programs
- Frequent car-rental program memberships for senior management
- Fees waived on car rental memberships — Hertz Gold, Alamo Quicksilver, National Emerald Club
