Account Management

All Carrousel Travel customers are assigned an account manager to assist with the ongoing, proactive management of their travel programs.  The account manager serves as the key point of contact for the duration of our partnerships. Periodic reviews are performed to ensure success. Account management services account managers assist with include:
  • Overseeing all new customer and online booking tool implementations
  • Effectively managing the overall partnership
  • Reviewing monthly travel and financial reports with each customer's travel manager
  • Acting as liaison between Carrousel Corporate’s operations manager and the customer to quickly resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conducting travel seminars for travelers and travel arrangers to acquaint them with new products, services and industry changes
  • Presenting formal account reviews to ensure we are continually meeting the customer's objectives

Consulting services we provide include:

  • Comprehensive analysis of travel patterns, including feedback, guidance and recommendations
  • Negotiations with airline, hotel, and rental car vendors
  • Account review process that includes:
    • Measuring progress against goals
    • Identifying future initiatives to pursue such as policy changes, negotiations, etc.
    • Benchmarking your average airline, hotel and car costs against industry averages.
  • Travel policy assistance
  • Custom reporting
